Return Policy

Item must be returned within: 14 Days of it being delivered.  Item must be in the same condition as it was sent.  Please contact us right away if there are any issues.

* My Item Does Not Fit: We will gladly exchange the item for a size that does fit. You'll need to contact us for exchange instructions (shipping fee will apply).


* I Received the wrong item: We will gladly exchange the wrong item for the correct item and we will reimburse you for the return shipping costs if you follow our exchange instructions. Contact us for exchange instructions.


* My item is defective: We will gladly exchange the item and we will reimburse you for the return shipping costs if you follow our exchange instructions. Contact us for exchange instructions.


** Item conditions: All original exchange items must be in brand new, unused condition. The original exchange item must not be missing any components or accessories. The original exchange item must be in brand new condition just as it was shipped to you. We do not rent for free. We understand that you must try-on an item to determine if an item fits however it is your responsibility to repackage the exchange item neatly and in the same manner in which the item left our shipping facilities. Any item that we determine to have been worn, used or altered will be denied an exchange. Foreign odors, marks, and objects include cigarette smoke, perfume, body odor, make-up, deodorant marks, stains, dirt pet hair or any other foreign smell, mark or object.
